IF AN ITEM HAS BEEN OPENED, A RESTOCKING FEE OF 15% WILL BE APPLIED

EXCEPTIONS: 

1. Items that are damaged in transit. Notify the carrier and Water Softener Super Store as soon as damage is discovered.
2. Item part number is listed wrong on our website.
3. Incorrect item shipped to you in error.
4. Any item we feel should not require a restocked fee.

Items to be returned must be unopened in the original package.

Electronic items such as motors, wiring harness or circuit boards can not be returned.
Any item that has evidence of being installed (used) will not receive a refund.
NO CASH/CHECK REFUNDS: All authorized returns will be refunded to the card used to purchase item.
